EzeBot is the robotics business of EzeMind (Pty) Ltd, trading as EzeMind AI, founded in George, Western Cape in 2023. We supply PadBot service robots and build the software that connects them to the people running a site.
The robots
PadBot is made by Guangdong Padbot Robotics Ltd., a Guangzhou robotics company founded in 2013. Its range covers outdoor and indoor patrol, reception, telepresence, delivery, cleaning, disinfection and education.
The software
EzeMind builds AI integration, incident workflows and reporting around security and service operations: WhatsApp, email or SMS escalation, operator dashboards and shift summaries, scoped per site.
The approach
We start with the site, not the robot: coverage areas, routes, people, network and power. A robot is proposed only where it adds coverage your team can actually use.
One business, three brands
EzeBot sits alongside EzeMind AI, our software company, and works with MCM Robotics, which supplies Unitree robots. Robotic arms are being added to the EzeBot range.
