What the X3 does

Features

  1. 01

    Two screens

A 10.1 inch HD head screen shows the robot's face, and a 19 inch HD display held in its arms presents information, directions, announcements and media.

  2. 02

    AI conversation

Supports ChatGPT, PadBot AI, DeepSeek and other AI models for conversation, personalised assistance and replies in more than one language.

  3. 03

    Proactive greeting

The robot wakes when people approach and can recognise users by their facial features to match its service to them.

  4. 04

    Custom Q&A

Set up a question list in advance so the robot answers with a voice, picture or video reply, and edit the list from a phone or computer.

  5. 05

    Guided navigation

It builds an indoor map with one click, plans its own route with laser radar navigation and walks visitors to a destination such as a service counter.

  6. 06

    Fall and collision protection

Ultrasonic and infrared sensors guard against falls and collisions, while anti-slip rubber wheels keep movement smooth.

  7. 07

    Tilting head

The head tilts up and down so the camera covers a wider field of view.

  8. 08

    Remote control

An administrator can move the robot from a phone app, start a one-way video call and send preset phrases through it.
